To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information through the website, such as your name, email address, phone number, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a personalised item, for example), if you contact us directly or add a note to the order.
Payment is processed through Paypal or Square card processing, we do not receive any card or bank details.

We use the information given to us to send the order to you, contact you for a product recall or to provide customer support.

Information about our customers is important to our business. We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
We share your name and address with the parcel company, to be able to deliver your order.
We may be asked to provide proof of the orders for our accounts to HMRC.
We do not share your information with any outside individuals
Using your data for marketing
We send marketing emails to customers that have subscribed. If you do not subscribe you will not receive any marketing emails.
Opting out of marketing emails
An email was sent to customers before the new guidelines with the option to subscribe, anyone who had previously subscribed was taken off the list.
If you have subscribed to our mailing list but decide you no longer wish to receive these emails you can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe button above any newsletter, or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to ask for your details to be removed.
How We keep your data secure
We have security measures on all of the laptops and devices to ensure data is stored securely.
Any hard copies of your data is stored in a locked filing cabinet should we ever need to show my accounts to HMRC.
Any information no longer needed is shredded with a cross shredder.
*Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
*All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by my company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by my store and its service providers.
Requesting a copy of the data we hold on you
You can request a copy of all data we currently hold on file for you. We are legally required to provide this free of charge and within one month of the original request.

If you would like us to delete all the data we hold on you we are legally required to do so, you can request this by contacting us by through the contact page or email email@example.com.
